¿What type of services do you need?

50 grams: Primarily used as an initial screening test for gestational diabetes. If blood glucose levels are elevated after one hour, a more comprehensive test with 100 grams is performed.
75 grams: This is the standard for diagnosing diabetes in non-pregnant adults. It involves measuring fasting glucose and then at 1 and 2 hours after glucose ingestion. It helps assess glucose tolerance and detect type 2 diabetes.
100 grams: Used in a two-step approach to diagnose gestational diabetes. Fasting glucose is measured, followed by measurements at 1, 2, and 3 hours. Gestational diabetes is diagnosed if at least two of the glucose values exceed established thresholds.
